We're a team of technicians who love taking things apart and making them work again.
Throwing away a laptop just because a single chip failed never made sense to us. We started this shop to offer real, component-level repairs, and eventually opened the institute to pass those skills on to the next generation of techs.
Started out fixing friends' iPhones on a kitchen table. Eventually rented a small shop space in the city.
Bought our first serious microscope and hot air station. Started offering board-level repairs when most shops were just swapping parts.
Realized there was a huge shortage of good techs. We opened the Institute to start teaching others how to actually fix logic boards.
Crossed the milestone of 10,000 successful device repairs. Expanded to a larger facility with dedicated training labs.
Moved into our current facility, giving us enough room for the main repair lab and a dedicated classroom for our students.
We try to get every tiny screw back exactly where it belongs.
We'll tell you straight up if a repair isn't worth it. No point in fixing something that's totally dead.
Apple keeps changing how they build things, so we keep buying new tools and learning new tricks.
We don't gatekeep our repair methods. If we figure out a tough repair, we teach our students how to do it.
Keeping electronics out of landfills is just a good thing to do. Repairing is almost always better than replacing.
We take pride in our work. It feels good to hand back a perfectly working laptop to someone who thought it was dead.
